Carrie Underwood, introduced by the night's first performer and winner, Alicia Keys (for best female R&B vocal performance), popped up out of the Grammy stage to perform "Before He Cheats" in sexy black shorts and thigh high black boots. It was a surprising – and super sexy – contrast to the floral Zuhair Murad dress she wore on the red carpet. Carrie Underwood's "Before He Cheats" was named best
